Kick the sugar habit trio

Are you ready to learn how changing your sugar habit can help you?

The beginning of my journey, battling breast cancer, was a difficult one. I was diagnosed in Stage 1. It was caught early, but it was an emotional journey, because as women, who really wants to go through breast cancer, right?

No matter what stage of breast cancer you have, it is a scary thing to deal with. I came to the realization that I needed to change my eating habits and learn to read ingredients in drinks and food, realizing the amount of sugar I was consuming was feeding my cancer.

The truth of the matter is, I did not realize that any significant amount of sugar could affect my overall health, which is why I began to research and wanted to publish my findings, to help others.

Quitting sugar is one of the best things you can do for yourself. You’ll feel better, slash your risk of developing many diseases, and make room in your diet for more nutritious and satisfying foods. So why not get started right now?
